State champion Mason High School baseball team ranked No. 12 nationally by MaxPreps

The Comets though beat Twinsburg 8-1 on the previous Sunday in the division I state final at finals of Canal park in Akron. “It truly was a mentality that we played as elimination game every time we stepped on the soccer field,” said Mason coach Curt Bly. “We aimed at making them feel that pressure. The decision to vary our tactics of scoring and you saw the effect. ”
