SD high school football all-star game to make its return June 8 in Brookings
South Dakota High School Football All-Star Game will hold its last edition in 2024, after it will not be played at another place.
The game will be happening at 11; a. m. Saturday, June 8th, at Dykhouse Stadium of South Dakota State University. The game is open to everyone "football".
The game didn’t have the required sponsors in 2023 and thus South Dakota FCA couldn’t eventify the game. First Premier Bank and Sanford Sports are the game’s top sponsors and will have their logos on everything from the uniforms to the playing surface.
Those seniors were actually players who have been selected by the SDFBCA through the nomination of High school coaches in the state and have became the organization's inductees.
The top side will be directed by head coach Brian Allmendinger from Milbank and will have four other assistant coaches, Mike Murray of Gregory, Matt Christensen from Brandon Valley and Tom Culver of Bon Homme, and Justin Briese of Aberdeen Central. In the beginning of an article, the longtime coach for Avon H. S. was selected as the new Bon Homme coach.
Initiating this match are the players of the Red team led by Nathan Lamb, who is also the coach of Deubrook Area. The assistant coaches are Brady Muth, who coaches at Yankton; Chris Koletzky from Sturgis; Jacob Terry, who is from Elk Point-Jefferson; and Jared Fredenburg, who is affiliated with Lincoln of Sioux Falls. A large number of coaches have been carried over from those who were chosen for the first game's staff in 2023
